Omaha Wedding Photographer

Omaha Nebraska, wedding photographer, Lexa's Lens

Howdy!

I’m Alexa, an Omaha wedding photographer who loves cheesy smiles, golden sunsets, and all the little in-between moments. Since you’ll see me behind the camera, I figured you should see the face behind it, too.

Something you should know about me right away: I’m big on honesty. I want you to know exactly what to expect, what you’re paying for, and what your experience with me will feel like. No guesswork. No confusing add-ons. No hidden messages. Everything you need, pricing, session details, what I offer, is laid out clearly right here on my website, because you deserve transparency from the person capturing your memories.

At the end of the day, I’m just here to make this whole process feel simple, real, and true to you, and to celebrate your story with the kind of honesty and heart I bring to every single session.

FAQ

Do you travel?

I’m based in Nebraska (Omaha + Lincoln are my main spots), but yes, I absolutely travel! Whether it’s a small-town session or a destination wedding, I’m always down for an adventure.

How far in advance should I book my session/wedding?

The sooner the better! Weddings typically book 9–18 months out, and senior/family sessions usually fill up 2–4 months in advance. If you have a date in mind, reach out immediately so we can lock it in.

What if I don’t like taking photos?

I totally get it; not everyone loves being in front of the camera. That’s why I keep my sessions laid-back, fun, and pressure-free. Think of it as less like “posing for pictures” and more like hanging out with a friend who has a camera. I’ll give you easy prompts, play music, and keep things moving so it feels natural, rather than forced. Most clients say, “Wow, that was fun!”

When should I book my senior photos?

I open booking for the Class of 2027 in January 2026! If you’re graduating sooner, Class of 2026 grad photos start booking in November 2025. My calendar fills up quickly (especially for summer and fall), so the earlier you grab your spot, the more flexibility you’ll have with dates and locations.
