Capturing wedding days is one of my greatest joys. I love witnessing and preserving the genuine emotion that fills each moment—from the excitement during quiet preparations to the overwhelming happiness as vows are exchanged. The whole day is a journey of love, connection, and celebration, and every smile, tear, and embrace tells a story that deserves to be remembered. For me, there’s a deep privilege in being invited to witness and document these moments, knowing that the images I capture will allow couples to relive their day for years to come.

My wedding day philosophy centers on capturing the genuine, unfiltered moments that make each celebration uniquely meaningful. How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

It’s best to book as soon as you have your date set, as popular wedding dates can fill up quickly! Many couples book their photographer 9-12 months in advance, but reach out even if your wedding is sooner—I may still have availability.

How many images will we receive, and when?

On average, couples receive between 500-800 edited images, depending on the coverage length. Your full gallery will typically be delivered within 4-8 weeks after the wedding, but I can offer a sneak peek of select images within a few days of the event.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes, I love traveling for weddings and am happy to capture your special day wherever it may be. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Omaha or the Lincoln area, and I’ll discuss any additional costs upfront.

How many hours of photography coverage do we need?

Coverage needs can vary depending on your schedule and events. Most weddings require 8-10 hours to cover everything from getting ready through the major reception moments, but I’ll help create a custom timeline to make sure we capture everything that matters to you.

What if the timeline changes or we need more time on the wedding day?

I understand that wedding days can be unpredictable! I’m flexible and will work with any changes that come up. If you need extra time, additional coverage hours can be added as needed.

How do we book, and what are your payment terms?

To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required. The remaining balance is due closer to the wedding date. We can discuss payment plan options if needed to make things easier.
